“These new documents and photos prove the official single-shooter and two-bullet story were total baloney,” said a law-enforcement source who reviewed the documents declassified by
President Donald Trump. “There was a shameful government cover-up, but now the truth will finally be known.”

According to the official Warren Report, JFK was hit by
two of three bullets fired by Communist sympathizer
Lee Harvey Oswald from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository overlooking Dealey Plaza. One passed through JFK’s back and neck. The other shattered his head.

But secret files say the president was shot at least three times — and three shooters,

This is bolstered by previously sealed testimony of registered nurse
Phyllis Hall, who worked at Dallas’ Parkland Hospital where the commander-in-chief’s body was taken. She says she saw at least one other bullet, taken from JFK’s neck, that
mysteriously disappeared and never showed up in reports.

“He had a massive wound on the back of the right side of his head,” she recalled. She says she also “noticed a big exit wound underneath his Adam’s apple near the top of his breast bone. “This means Oswald probably was
not the only shooter.”

An analyst on another document concluded the shot that demolished JFK’s head “was actually two different bullets, hitting at the same time, but from different angles,” indicating at least a second shooter. This re-enactment image prepared for the Warren Commission depicts Oswald's alleged perspective.

Studying photos, the analyst says “after the second shot, I can clearly see
a third bullet strike Kennedy. “The glass on the limo windshield shatters and sprays glass … it indicates three gunmen shooting from different angles.”

Oswald was never questioned enough to learn if he had accomplices. Arrested the day of the killing, he was fatally shot by gangster
Jack Ruby while being transferred by cops two days later. Many believe
Oswald was silenced before he could
name his accomplices and the mastermind behind the murder plot.

Other documents reveal a devastated first lady Jackie’s blood-splattered appearance at the hospital immediately after the shooting. “She looked shell-shocked,” says anesthesiologist Dr. M.T. Jenkins. “She handed me what she had been nursing in her hands — a large chunk of her husband’s brain tissue.”

It had come out as she cradled his head in her lap. The pieces of JFK’s brain later vanished. Investigators now say the organ was stolen! One document fingers JFK’s brother, Attorney General
Robert F. Kennedy (right), as the thief.

Investigators say RFK wanted to keep the brain — depicted here in a Warren Commission document — from being examined out of fears it would show the president was suffering from Parkinson’s. In the operating room,
Jackie “was too dazed to say much,” says another hospital staffer. “She kept muttering ‘horrible, horrible.'"

As she left, she passed the gurney where his body was covered by a sheet. “His right foot was sticking out,” says Jenkins. “She leaned over and kissed the foot and walked out of the room.”

Other documents reveal
a second secret — and fake — autopsy was concocted later at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Washington, D.C., where the body was taken. That autopsy led the Warren Commission to conclude Oswald was a lone-wolf gunman and there was no conspiracy behind the assassination.

But nurse Hall, who had noticed the mystery bullet that later vanished, insists: “The autopsy report was faked. All you have to do is look at the doctor’s reports to know that something is rotten.”
