LISA-MARIE PRESLEY & NICOLAS CAGE: As a big fan of Elvis Presley, Nic must've felt like he hit the jack pot when he wed The King’s only child in August 2002. But he filed for divorce less than three months later — with things going wrong as he went back to work on a film set two days after their wedding. "She flew into jealous rages," said an insider, adding: "Nic was too much of a wild man for needy Lisa Marie." For contrast, Lisa-Marie's marriage to Michael Jackson had lasted almost two years longer!

CHER & GREGG ALLMAN: It only took nine days of marriage before Cher realized she'd made a mistake marrying Southern rocker Gregg just three days after splitting from Sonny Bono in 1975. Overwhelmed by his heroin addiction, she filed for divorce — and then gave him six months to get sober while she went on tour. They were split for good by 1977, with Gregg complaining: "There was no future for us because she has that constant paranoia of [my] going back to alcohol."

BRITNEY SPEARS & JASON ALEXANDER: "This marriage ain't going to happen," said Jason's mom to The ENQUIRER — before learning her son had already married Britney during her legendary meltdown of 2004! The marriage to her childhood pal was annulled 55 hours later.

MARIO LOPEZ & ALI LANDRY: He's the beloved host of "Extra" now, but Mario's career had to survive him cheating on his fiancée just hours before their 2004 wedding in Mexico — and getting divorced just 18 days later. After getting down and dirty during his bachelor party, Mario later even declared that his fling was a real defining moment!  "When it was time to return home," he said, "lightning hit me with the truth: I wasn’t in love. But I walked down the aisle [anyway]."

PAMELA ANDERSON & RICK SALOMON: Her five-month marriage to Kid Rock can't match the "Baywatch" beauty's disastrous stints with poker player Rick — who, like Pam, found fame in a sex tape. (His costar was Paris Hilton.) Rick wed Pam twice in two marriages that lasted less than a year. They split after six weeks of marriage in 2007, and announced a second try in Jan. 2014 — with Pam filing for divorce in Feb. 2015, claiming in court docs that he'd called her a “slut” and a “crack whore.”

ELIZABETH TAYLOR & CONRAD "NICKY" HILTON: Notoriously much-married Elizabeth started out her career as a divorcee at the age of 17, when she married 24-year-old Conrad. Insiders report that the notorious screen legend made a mockery of her marriage from the start, too — romping with both Tony Curtis and Prince Rainier of Monaco during her honeymoon! Her new husband, meanwhile, was drinking in his cabin at the Queen Mary. The marriage ended in 205 days amid mutual claims of physical abuse.

SUZANNE PLESHETTE & TROY DONAHUE: These screen heartthrobs were married in 1964 at the Beverly Hills Hotel — and headed right into a scandal that broke up their marriage eight months later! Hollywood insider Skip E. Lowe reported that after the wedding reception in the hotel's famed Polo Lounge, Suzanne shopped at the hotel's stores while Donahue went to the bridal suite. After a while, said Skip, "Troy went down to the pool and returned to the suite with the pool boy. Suzanne returned to their room and found her bridegroom in bed with a teenager!"

RENÉE ZELLWEGER & KENNY CHESNEY: Just nine days before his May 2005 wedding to Renee at his home in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Kenny had sex with his stripper ex-girlfriend Lindsey Roland — and didn't even bother mentioning he was about to get hitched! Lindsey later spilled the beans to The ENQUIRER, saying: "Kenny...just uses women...He would have made Renee's life a misery by cheating on her like he did with me." Renee and Kenny split four months later, with the Oscar winner citing "fraud" while asking for an annulment.

DREW BARRYMORE & TOM GREEN: Amazingly enough, Drew's union with comedian Tom Green isn't her shortest marriage at just five months. Before the bizarre MTV comic divorced Drew in 2001, she had already spent an entire 39 days in a marriage to bar owner Jeremy Thomas. The couple packed in a lot of drama during their relationship, too — including Tom's battle with testicular cancer, a fire that destroyed their Hollywood Hills home, and his disastrous film "Freddy Got Fingered."

MICHELLE PHILLIPS & DENNIS HOPPER: She was once married to sicko pop star John Phillips, but fellow Mamas and the Papas singer Michelle Phillips had a worse time with her marriage to Dennis Hopper. The future "Knots Landing" star ended their union after just eight days in 1970! “I was so overloaded emotionally by this point in my life,” she later said, “I didn’t know what I was doing.” Dennis later insisted: “Seven of those days were pretty good!”

ETHEL MERMAN & ERNEST BORGNINE: This notorious 32-day marriage was the fourth and final marriage for Ethel, with the Broadway star refusing to discuss the ill-fated 1964 union. Her 1978 autobiography even had a blank one-page chapter titled "My Marriage to Ernest Borgnine." But the "Marty" Oscar-winner complained to The ENQUIRER: "Ethel was still in love with a guy from New York" — most likely Stork Club owner Sherman Billingsley, who'd kept Ethel as his mistress through the 1930s!
