Bruce and Kris Jenner
The abuse and dysfunction of the Kardashian House of Horrors was laid bare by The ENQUIRER in an exclusive exposé last fall when it was revealed how 60-year-old Kris Jenner verbally abused and bullied the gender-bending Olympian now known as Caitlyn.
Bruce was “the abused wife” in the marriage, according to New York psychologist Judy Kuriansky. Another source attributed his subsequent “transformation” to his way of fighting back.
The ENQUIRER also revealed that Kris cheated on Bruce during the marriage. She eventually paid him $2.5 million to equalize their assets.
After his ex filed for divorce last September, Bruce, now Caitlyn, 66, began lining up his “coming out” interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer, a book and his new series, “I Am Cait.”
James said: “These are smart, opportunistic people. They knew they’d both make money out of this bizarre situation, even going their separate ways. They’re crazy like foxes.”

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James
America’s sweetheart struck back with a vengeance when she learned her husband, Jesse James, had “blindsided” her with a long-standing affair
with tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.
Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, 51, walked away with ALL of her assets without a challenge!
Sandra reportedly earned about $22 million in 2010, and her fortune — pumped up by “The Blind Side” and “The Proposal” — was estimated at over $125 million.
But Hollywood divorce attorney Catherine Lombardo said that despite “Monster Garage” star Jesse’s tough guy image, the cheating grease monkey rolled over when it came to the divorce.
“He didn’t fight for anything — not for custody nor to invalidate the prenup, which aren’t always airtight. Jesse just hung his head and walked away,” she said.
The bad boy biker, 46, confessed: “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.
“This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension, and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them.”
Lawyer Raoul added: “There was no reason to get into a protracted legal battle. He was secure enough to know that he had his own assets.
“It wasn’t worth it to spend any of it to drag this out any further in the press.”

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
In divorce papers exclusively obtained by The ENQUIRER in 2012, the couple’s marriage was revealed to be a sham.
The documents stated that Katie Holmes said her relationship with Tom Cruise had “broken down irretrievably” for a period of at least six months immediately preceding the divorce.
The ENQUIRER also exposed 36-year-old Katie’s experiences as a Scientology wife, when she was shadowed by church operatives, and how she used her fear that their daughter, Suri, would be brainwashed as motivation to end the marriage.
The papers confirmed reports that 53-year-old Tom is required to pay $400,000 a year in child support until Suri, then 6, turns 18.
The total payments, however, won’t eat into Tom’s estimated $250 million fortune. Experts calculate his expected child support payments would only set the “Mission: Impossible” star back a total of $4.8 million.
“It’s clear Katie’s motives were her daughter and not his money,” said Raoul.
Despite Tom’s once-close bond with his daughter, it’s now more than 800 days since he last saw Suri in person.

Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas
“Working Girl” Melanie Griffith fired up her war machine when she filed for divorce after discovering Antonio Banderas, 55, had cheated on her with young starlets.
“Mel’s putting on a brave face for now, but she’s collecting the ammunition she needs to get everything she wants in the divorce,” said a source.
The couple reunited for their daughter’s high school graduation, but that proved to be fleeting.
They supposedly finalized the split back in July, keeping their details hush-hush.
Melanie, 58, was seeking a huge chunk of their reported $65 million fortune, and friends said she was focused on the couple’s 15,000-square-foot compound in Hancock Park, Calif., with a Spanish-style villa that just sold for a whopping $16 million.
But James, who was basketball legend Michael Jordan’s former divorce attorney, said that despite Antonio’s in-your-face affairs, Mel faced a tough fight.
“California law is usually ‘equitable distribution,’” he explained, saying Mel “won’t get more because of his infidelity. The court will turn a blind eye to it, and she’ll have to concede half of everything they have!”

Clint and Dina Eastwood
Dirty Harry ditched second wife Dina Ruiz in 2013 after he caught her cheating with her ex-boyfriend, Scott Fisher. Clint Eastwood then bizarrely started a steamy affair with Scott’s ex, Erica Tomlinson Fisher!
He’s now dating Christina Sandera, a 52-year-old former hostess at his ritzy Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel, Calif.
The notoriously private actor, 85, first soured on former TV news anchor Dina, who was 35 years his junior, after she launched the quickly canceled reality series, “Mrs. Eastwood & Company.”
“Clint hated having the cameras around,” a source said.
He forked over a whopping $25 million when he split from first wife Maggie Johnson in 1984, but his prenup with Dina left her with quite a bit less than “A Fistful of Dollars,” insiders noted.
James added: “Clint did well. Prenups seem crazy when you’re in love — but they make a lot of sense at the end of a marriage. I always tell my clients, if you don’t have a prenup, you should consult a psychologist — not a lawyer.”

Matt Lauer and Annette Roque
“TODAY” show host Matt Lauer is walking through a minefield with wary wife Annette Roque, who has prepared for a bloody legal battle by compiling a list of his “other women.”
“That’s the scuttlebutt among divorce lawyers who say Annette drew up the list when she socked Matt with divorce papers back in 2006,” said a source.
Last year, The ENQUIRER published exclusive images of the notorious womanizer relaxing on a boat with a mystery blonde in the Hamptons.
Although long-suffering Annette, 50, eventually withdrew the divorce papers accusing 57-year-old Matt of “cruel and inhuman conduct,” insiders said if he strays again, he’d put not only his $120 million fortune, but also his reputation, at risk.
“The list of his other women would be exposed,” said a source.
But James pointed out that strategy would likely backfire on Annette. “Nothing good can come from those kinds of public threats,” he said.
“In fact, they could be perceived as extortion, and the courts really don’t look favorably on that.”

Kelsey and Camille Grammer
Former “Frasier” star Kelsey Grammer reportedly lost half his fortune when he traded in reality TV wife Camille for a 29-year-old British flight attendant.
The bitter breakup of the 13-year union played out in front of a national audience in 2010 when Camille starred on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
Kelsey left Camille and their two kids in California that year to star on Broadway in “La Cage aux Folles.” Soon after, a mutual friend alerted her to his cheating.
Camille, 47, countered by publicly calling Kelsey a bad father, and hinted he harbored an embarrassing fetish for wearing women’s clothing!
She also charged that 60-year-old Kelsey, who had a long history of alcohol and drug abuse, had fallen off the wagon.
Camille walked away with more than half of his reported $60 million in assets, and James thinks she was lucky to get it.
“She got a nice settlement considering the negative things she aired in the press,” he said.
“If his attorneys had determined that she had slandered and defamed him, he could have sued her for monetary damages for damaging his career.”

Rachael Ray and John Cusimano
The perky TV cook and her husband, John Cusimano, are hanging on despite his alleged wild and crazy antics, but if Rachael Ray ever closes the kitchen door on their marriage, John could wind up with a massive payday!
John’s bizarre sexual dalliances — including visits to a swingers’ club, tales of cheating and a woman who claimed she had a five-year relationship with him — have been reported in a series of ENQUIRER exclusives, shaking 47-year-old Rachael and leaving the marriage on rocky ground.
The lifestyle guru never signed a prenup with singer and entertainment lawyer John, 48. He reportedly helped negotiate many of his wife’s lucrative deals — meaning he stands to walk away with half of her billion-dollar homemaking empire!
“When they got married, Rachael wasn’t the success she is today,”
explained a source.
“She was making a name for herself on the Food Network, but she hadn’t hit it big yet with the syndicated talk show,
endorsements and books.”
Attorney James agreed, adding: “John’s in a great position because the wealth was accumulated in the marriage. If they split, he can claim he gave up his career
for her and even sue her for spousal
support until he rebuilds it.”
