Ben Affleck Rehab Secrets — Inside His Third Relapse Of 2017

Ben Affleck has secretly entered a rehab facility for the third time in just months — and the grim-looking big-screen Batman is a far cry from the action hero of “Justice League!”

In exclusive photos obtained by The National ENQUIRER, the troubled star appears ill at ease, unshaven and slumped over during an early morning walk. Sources told The ENQUIRER that the Oscar winner, who had been in outpatient therapy to fight his alcohol addiction, relapsed yet again and checked into inpatient therapy.

His furious ex, Jennifer Garner, and brother, actor Casey Affleck, demanded he get help — and a well-placed source described Ben as a “mess” when he was admitted to Passages in Malibu, Calif., where a 30-day inpatient program comes with a $100,000 price tag.

“Ben isn’t a prisoner and is fully committed to seeing his children and fulfilling his work commitments outside the center, but he needs a constant support network,” a source elaborated. Passages is one of the country’s costliest treatment facilities, and uses a non-12-step approach that favors unorthodox holistic methods.

“Ben relapsed and went into a dark place. Jen and Casey are willing to try anything, and they don’t care if the methods are controversial,” a source added. It’s the star’s third stay in an in-patient rehab in 2017, sources said. Ben’s first stint in February was followed by another in September — when he fled in an Uber after just five days!

In a twist, The ENQUIRER has also learned Ben is ready to dump girlfriend Lindsay Shookus — and reunite with Jen! The “Alias” beauty filed for divorce in April, but the split has yet to be finalized.

What’s more, aerial photographs snapped by The ENQUIRER’s helicopter reveal Ben has moved back into the family home — despite buying a Big Apple love nest with “Saturday Night Live” producer Lindsay!

The actor’s car collection was parked in the driveway of the family’s Pacific Palisades mansion as recently as November — and his “man cave” has been connected to the main house. “Ben’s been begging Jen to give their marriage another shot, but she’s refused to promise anything until he’s on the straight and narrow,” an insider said.

Although The ENQUIRER revealed Jen was on a self-imposed “no sex ban,” we caught her on Nov. 19 with marks on her neck similar to love bites! “Jen would take Ben back, but she needs a lot of reassurance first,” dished a source. “She’ll only give him so many chances. He’s got to hope he hasn’t blown them all.”
