Right now, Ben, 44, and his wife of 10 years are co-parenting their kids Seraphina, Violet and Sam even as they work out details of their divorce. The pair rocked Hollywood back in 2015, declaring their marriage was dead in the water. Sources told The National ENQUIRER Jen kicked the director-actor to the curb because of his boozing, gambling and suspicions he cheated with their nanny. Sources say Jen is giving Ben a chance to prove himself. But he’s moving out of the guesthouse where he holed up before the final divorce decision. Martin believes Jen wants Ben to show he can stay off the sauce — or else! The attorney suspects the former couple has agreed to Ben's "probation,” in hopes that remaining an involved parent will “motivate him to remain committed to his recovery.”
