Bill Cosby’s legal woes with Janice Dickinson have doubled — as the supermodel proceeds with her defamation lawsuit even as she hopes to testify against the disgraced comic in his Pennsylvania rape trial!

As earlier covered by The National ENQUIRER, Janice is out to appear in Pennsylvania after a judge agreed to allow testimony by five of the multiple alleged victims of Cosby’s depraved history of sexual assaults.

But now, attorney Lisa Bloom has announced that Janice is also cleared to sue Cosby over his insistence that she’s lying about him raping her in 1982!

Newly married and coming back from cancer surgery, Janice is ready to once again go public — after earlier joining other actresses and entertainment figures who claim Cosby took advantage of them.

If the prosecutors get their way, Janice will testify of being drugged and attacked in Lake Tahoe in 1982, when the superstar model was allegedly lured into Cosby’s hotel room with promises to help her career.

“The next morning,” Janet has said, “I woke up, and I wasn’t wearing my pajamas, and I remember…that I had been sexually assaulted by this man. The last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain. The next morning, I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs.”

Now the California Supreme Court has rejected a bid by Cosby’s attorneys to overturn an appeals court decision that said Janice could sue Cosby for saying that she’s lying about her account of that night with the once-beloved funnyman.
