Andrea told the jury that after taking three "herbal pills" while having dinner with Cosby at his Pennsylvania mansion, she was suddenly unable to defend herself. "In my head, I was trying to get my hands to move or my legs to move," said Andrea, "but I was frozen. I wasn't able to fight in any way."

The alleged victim added: "I wanted it to stop," saying: “I felt his hand inside my vagina, moving in and out. And I felt him take my hand, place it on his penis and move it back and forth.” The shocking claims echo that of other alleged Cosby victim Kelly Johnson, who had testified earlier against the comic to back the prosecution's claims that Cosby had "a previously practiced method of placing a young trusting woman in an incapacitated state so that he could sexually pleasure himself, so she couldn’t say no."

Andrea's testimony also matched that of her original police statement from 2005, as testified to by Canadian police detective David Mason. After the alleged attack, said Andrea: "I felt really humiliated and I felt really confused."

Eyewitness reports from the courtroom say that Cosby didn't look at Andrea during her testimony — and instead stared at the table where he sat with his team of lawyers. Cosby defense attorney Brian McMonagle (pictured) claims that the encounter was consensual, saying: “She wasn’t paralyzed; she wasn’t incapacitated” — and adding: “He made her breakfast” the next morning.
