The woman whose sexual assault accusation against Bill Cosby led to his shocking arrest bared her soul in a bombshell world exclusive interview with The National ENQUIRER. “I know what he did. He knows what he did,” Andrea Constand told The ENQUIRER in a gut-wrenching tell-all. “If he’s not going to admit it, then he’s going to deny it. He’s going to say it was okay, it was between two people. “But everything will come to light and the truth will be known.”

Andrea had played professional women’s basketball, and met Cosby while she worked in the athletic department at Philadelphia’s Temple University. Cosby is a famous Temple grad. After authorities in Pennsylvania announced they were investigating a complaint that Cosby drugged and molested her in January 2004, The ENQUIRER tracked the alleged victim down to her home in Canada. During the sit-down interview on Jan. 29, 200+5, the 6-foot stunner provided an ENQUIRER investigator with a minute-by-minute account of her night from hell.

The ENQUIRER published some of Andrea’s remarks in our Feb. 14, 2005 issue. Now we’ve compiled other previously unpublished comments from that interview to reveal a harrowing tale of a vulnerable woman at the mercy of a sex fiend. Andrea told police the incident occurred after she and Cosby returned to his Pennsylvania home following a dinner. When she complained of stress and tension, Cosby gave her a couple of pills that made her dizzy, it’s claimed. The last thing she remembered was him telling her, “Down them. Put ’em down. Put them in your mouth. Taste the wine. Just taste the wine!”

She recalled Cosby touching her breasts and placing her hand on his genitals. When she awoke at 4 a.m., her clothing was in disarray and her bra was undone. In a panic, Andrew drove herself home. At the time, Cosby’s lawyer, Walter Phillips Jr., labeled her claims “utterly preposterous” and “plainly bizarre.” Andrea, then 31, told The ENQUIRER she met up with Cosby after the attack. “Whether or not I saw him has no bearing on anything. What happened that night is all that this is about,” she insisted.

When quizzed why it took her a year to report the incident to authorities, Andrea told The ENQUIRER: “There is a certain experience that you have following an event like that, and it’s not that I could just come out and say it. I had to process it and think, ‘I was a victim.”’ As she sat on a couch, surrounded by pictures of her with her parents, Andrea lamented: “The fact that you were in a situation like that doesn’t come to light a year later, it comes to light a day after — but you live with it and you process it.”

She added: “Everybody has their own experiences in life. I think that guides them in what their approach is and why they can’t come out and say stuff when they know wrongdoing has been done to them."Eventually when the truth comes to light, everyone will know." Andrea's mother, Giovanna, told The ENQUIRER: “We are just a plain family that’s been put through this. She is going through hell!”
