Janice Dickinson: Coffee, Smokes & No Makeup!

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson was up with the sun this morning, making a coffee run to the Beverly Glen Deli in Los Angeles with a friend. Janice was in such a hurry to start her day that she opted not to put her face on — giving everyone an unobstructed view of her surgically reconstructed visage!

While her younger friend was inside fetching the hot beverages, Janice took the opportunity to light up a cigarette — outside, of course — although she apparently had to ditch the cancer stick once her pal returned.

It may have been a late night for the reality TV icon who, wearing a sporty letterman jacket and loose leggings, looked more than a little tired and in need of a pick-me-up.

In the harsh light of day and with her hair up, we can see the full effects of all the plastic surgery Janice has opted for over the years. Clearly she’s not shy about it, and it has been rumored that she’s spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on procedures.

"Janice has made no bones about how much plastic surgery she's had,” Dr. Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon (who has not treated Janice) has told RadarOnlne. “The self-proclaimed world's first supermodel has even undergone some procedures on reality TV. You name it, she appears to have had it."

"I believe she's undergone pretty much every facial plastic surgery there is, including a face-lift, eyelid-lift, lip injections, Botox, fat injections, and a brow lift,” Dr. Youn added, before joking, “She's probably single handedly paid for her plastic surgeon's house!"

Take a look at those long, bony fingers… not the most attractive sight first thing in the morning! But Janice is just dealing with the hand she’s been dealt, right?

The veteran of such shows as “America's Next Top Model,” “I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!” and “Celebrity Big Brother” shielded herself against the sun as she sipped her eye-opener — but, of course, we’ve already seen her!
