Quinton (right), out of his will. The National ENQUIRER has learned that the “Smokey and the Bandit” star, who passed away at 82 from a heart attack on Sept. 6, named niece Nancy Lee Brown Hess executor in the 2011 document and made it a point to say
his 30-year-old only child was not to get a cent of his estimated $5 million estate. “I intentionally omit [Quinton] from this, my Last Will and Testament, as I have provided for him during my lifetime in my Declaration of Trust,” the will reads.
