Bill Cosby suffered a brutal humiliation while facing criminal charges in the Pennsylvania rape case filed by Andrea Constand — as crusading D.A. Kevin Steele declared: “This is a lifetime of sexual assault on young women!” The disgraced comic could only listen as Steele made his case during the pre-trial hearing for why 13 other alleged Cosby victims should be allowed to testify during the trial. Meanwhile, Cosby's pit bull attorneys called the charges a conspiracy!

As covered by The National ENQUIRER, Steele had was elected as a District Attorney in 2015 after pledging to prosecute Cosby from the charges made by Andrea in 2004. The statute of limitations in Pennsylvania on rape charges would have run out in 2016.

The once-beloved TV star — described as an "icon" by McMonagle — was in a seemingly upbeat mood when first entering the Pennsylvania courtroom for the second day of the hearings. The allegedly-blind comic had himself ushered into the courthouse, but still joked with his lawyers and entourage, even asking: “Did you remember my peanut butter and jelly?”

The mood was more somber as Steele cited that the drugging and sexual behavior with Andrea — admitted to by Cosby in an earlier civil suit — has been established as the disgraced comic's “signature” behavior. Cosby's attorneys are still fighting to keep earlier alleged victims from being allowed to testify, even as sources said that the possibility of a plea deal for Cosby is now "on the back burner."
