Cosby's trial is set for June 5, 2017 — but attorneys for the accused 79-year-old serial rapist are using every legal trick in the book to delay his sexual assault trial. As previously reported by The ENQUIRER, a Pennsylvania appeals court had upheld a ruling that Andrea Constand didn't have to testify in person about her allegations that the comic drugged and molested her at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004.
