Charlie Sheen went on national television to say an experimental HIV treatment left him with elevated level of the disease in his blood — but the doctor who treated the stricken actors said the goat’s milk formula actually cured the actor!
Dr. Samir Chachoua visited “Real Time With Bill Maher” to declare that his technique had not only made the virus “undetectable” in Sheen’s blood, he had “cured countries” of HIV and AIDS with his serum derived the milk of arthritic goats.
The National ENQUIRER blew the lid off Sheen’s tragic diagnosis in November, revealing that the actor had secretly been fighting HIV for four years.

Dr. Chachoua — who is not licensed to practice medicine in the United States — explained his theory that the CAEV virus in the milk “destroys HIV and protects people who drink it for life.”
He also proclaimed that he had wiped out HIV — as well as a virus called chikungunya — in the island nation of Comoros in 2006.
The doctor offered Bill no supporting evidence.

Sheen, 50, told “The Dr. Oz Show” in early January that he had stopped taking his powerful antiviral medications in order to test a vaccine synthesized by Dr. Chachoua in Mexico. According to the actor, his previously undetectable viral load went “up” and resolved to resume taking his medication.
But Dr. Chachoua took the opportunity on “Real Time” to insist on calling the former “Anger Management” star “the first adult in history to go HIV negative.”
Dr. Chachoua contested Sheen’s account of his blood tests, claiming that when the actor was on “the incredibly powerful medical cocktails, he still showed virus.

“As soon as he started my treatment, he became undetectable.
“The minute he started my therapy, his liver went to normal levels!”
Dr. Chachoua added that the good test results that Sheen had displayed “were during my treatment, not theirs.”

The doctor was so certain of his “cure” that he even injected himself with Sheen’s HIV-tainted blood!
