"He threw me on the bed and laid on top of me," a tearful Nicole had told members of her family. "His eyes and veins were popping out the side of his neck and he was screaming at me. He said he was going to kill me. He was angry and upset. And then he offered me $5,000 if I would sleep with him."

"What did Nicole tell you she said to O.J. when he said this to her?" Simpson's attorney asked Juditha after she tearfully recounted the incident. "Well," Juditha responded, "she didn't sleep with him. She got up, got ready and went out to dinner with him to keep the peace. "I asked her, 'Were you scared?' And she said, 'Yes, I was scared.'"

When Simpson's attorney asked Juditha if she believed Simpson was serious about his threat to kill Nicole, she whispered, "Yes." Juditha added that Nicole had described her rampaging ex as "crazy," and said: "I thought he was going to kill me." It was also revealed that the terrifying incident happened on May 8 — just five weeks before Nicole's bloody murder.

Denise sobbed during her own deposition as she recounted what Nicole had said about that night. Attorney Phil Baker, who represented Simpson in the lawsuit, asked Denise what she thought of OJ.'s behavior. "I thought he was disgusting and outrageous," Denise said. She then added that she "couldn't stand" O.J. after Nicole had related how her ex-husband treated her like a common prostitute.

Nicole's elderly father, Lou, also gave deposition backing the shocking claims. Family members also recalled how they never doubted that Simpson had murdered Nicole. According to Denise, she heard her mother let out a bloodcurdling scream after getting a phone call early in the morning of June 13, 1994.

"I was in the kitchen," Denise recalled. "It was about 6:15, and I heard a scream from my parents' bedroom I ran back and my mother was screaming, 'Nicole's been murdered.' I said, 'Who are you talking to?' Then I grabbed the phone." It was Los Angeles police officer on the line, telling them that Nicole was dead. "I said, 'Oh, my God, he killed her. He always said he would kill her!'"

"That's when the officer [identified as L.A. Police Det. Tom Lange] said, 'Who?' And I said, 'O.J.' "Then I ran through the house screaming. I woke my sister, Tanya and I screamed, 'He killed her ... he killed her' O.J. killed her!'" And in a horrific twist, Simpson then called Nicole's family that same morning!

According to Nicole's mother, her daughter had even confessed that Simpson had threatened to kill his wife's family as far back as 1979. Denise recalled Nicole's warning about Simpson when he was still playing professional football for the Buffalo Bills: "I remember she said that O.J. told her that if she left him, he was going to have her family killed."

Juditha was then asked, "Did you believe Nicole?" She answered in a voice barely above a whisper, "I was shocked." Simpson's attorney then asked: "Did you at any time before she died ever believe O.J. Simpson was a serious threat to kill your daughter?" "I got to think of it," said Juditha. "Yes."
