O.J. Simpson Keeps Up Comeback With $20,000 Film Role

O.J. Simpson is back in showbiz — with the accused murderer having reportedly pocketed a quick $20,000 with an appearance in a film by "Borat" comedian Sacha Baron Cohen!

Insiders told the Daily Mail that Simpson demanded the cash to meet with the secretive British comic, who's said to be filming a new project in Las Vegas. Simpson confirmed: "I met him" in a conversation with a Mail reporter — as the star continues his hopes for a showbiz comeback after being accused of the bloody 1994 murders of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson!

Despite originally telling the parole board about his plans to move to Florida, Simpson has instead settled into a life of leisure in Las Vegas since getting out of prison in October after serving time for armed robbery. The National ENQUIRER has already exposed his wild womanizing ways in Sin City — where he's already been banned from one bar.

Simpson also reportedly has other offers to consider from Hollywood. The former movie star is said to be up for both his own reality show and a possible turn on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." The shameless Simpson had earlier tried to cash in on his murder trial by starring in a prank video and writing a "fictionalized" account of Nicole and Ron's brutal deaths.

As covered by The ENQUIRER, Simpson is also set to keep any money from his comeback plans — as he continues to avoid paying a court-ordered settlement to Fred Goldman. The grieving father had joined the family of Nicole Brown Simpson in a civil suit that found Simpson legally liable for the death of both Ron and Simpson's ex-wife.

Simpson's still on the hook for the $25 million settlement — but recently beat Fred in court over an attempt to claim money that the former NFL star is making by signing sports memorabilia. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg denied the legal motion, saying the Goldman family hadn't identified the people paying Simpson for his signatures.
