Janet Jackson & Family Battling Over Mother’s Care

Katherine Jackson — long-ailing matriarch of the sprawling musical clan — suffered a stroke that left her fighting for her life, and sources told The National ENQUIRER that the family is devastated and heartbroken!

Katherine was rushed to a hospital in early April after the episode, which left her struggling to see and speak, insiders told The ENQUIRER. Although a family spokesman insisted Katherine is “fine” and called reports of a stroke “fake news,” sources said the clan is discussing drastic plans for her long-term care!

“Siblings Janet, Jackie, Randy and Rebbie have made the decision to fly Katherine to London so she can recover in Janet’s house,” claimed a source close to the family. “La Toya and Jermaine fought it because they want her to be near them in L.A. But the decision has been made.”

Her youngest son, Randy — who has a home in London close to his famous sister — made the arrangements to transport his mom across the pond, the insider said, adding the family doesn’t want to take any chances with Katherine living on her own.

The plan called for Katherine to be flown “on a private jet paid for by Janet,” noted the source. “The U.K. move is likely permanent. The family feels that for any medical treatments she needs, it’ll be better that she is with Janet and Randy in London.”

Meanwhile, Katherine’s estranged husband, Joe, is battling his own ailments! As The ENQUIRER reported, Michael Jackson’s father has been diagnosed with colon cancer and was weakened by an array of illnesses, including three heart attacks!

But Joe still visited Katherine after her stroke — to say goodbye, spies said! “He gave her a kiss, hugged her, and he said goodbye,” snitched the source. “In their minds, they know it’s probably goodbye forever.”
