Now the frail 86-year-old is pleading for a court to provide her with a restraining order against her own nephew, as Katherine says: "I am under Trent's control!"

Trent Jackson is the hulking son of Lawrence Jackson — who was the late brother of her estranged husband Joe Jackson. Trent stands an intimidating 6'3" and weighs 230-lbs. Katherine says in the court documents that her private hell began soon after the death of Michael in 2009. Trent, she claims, then “fraudulently infiltrated himself into my affairs.” And now insiders have come to The National ENQUIRER to back up Katherine's horrific claims!

“This has been a house of horrors for years,” said a close source. “And now, we find that the horrors have continued against the oldest and most vulnerable member of the family!” Trent has reportedly taken Katherine's credit cards and has access to her multimillion-dollar savings and checking accounts — and has even been accusing of stealing the household cash!

The ENQUIRER recently found Katherine traveling to London to meet her new grandson. “I don’t want to return to L.A. until this restraining order is in place,” she explained in court papers, “because I know he will try to have contact to me to try and manipulate my emotions into changing my mind.” A source even told The ENQUIRER that Katherine had complained of Trent “manhandling” her to keep her from seeing family members who visited her sprawling mansion.

“Trent was verbally abusive to Katherine," said the insider, "yelling at her constantly. She was a nervous wreck! He would scream, ‘Get off the damn phone!’ if he thought she was talking too long with one of her famous children.” The source says Katherine told him Trent would physically or other visitors by shoving her into other rooms in the mansion.' Other sources reported that Trent has taken Katherine on grueling road trips that leave her frazzled.

Once, Trent reportedly whisked Katherine away to Indiana and forced her to stay more than a month without any contact with the rest of the family. Some of Katherine's children are also speaking out in support. Rebbie Jackson says in court documents that Trent blocked her phone number on her mother's phone. Jermaine Jackson filed a court statement that Trent allegedly threw one of the Jackson sisters against a wall, before hitting one of Jermaine's nephews — and Jermaine, too!

Trent, however, claims he’s the only one who really cares about Katherine! “He says the family only has time for her when they need money!” claimed a source. The court documents say that Trent has been asked to move out of a guest house on Katherine's property. “He has refused,” say the documents. “Mrs. Jackson wants to return home from London, but is afraid with Trent still there, and she needs the restraining order to end his abuse.”
