“This guy is a scam artist!” one of Heather's longtime pals told Radar of Heisser. “Some of her friends think he’ll rob her blind!” The story goes on to detail charges for grand theft, personal identity theft and unlicensed business transactions related to Heisser's role as a home builder in California — including forging his own brother’s signature on legal documents. Following a guilty plea, Heisser served two years in prison, and still owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution.

As reported by The National ENQUIRER, Heather's latest downward spiral began in May, 2016 when Dr. Mani, her boyfriend of three years, broke up with her. She had posted suggestive photos on social media of herself with ex-husband Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe fame. Her engagement to soap hunk Jack Wagner also went up in flames in 2011, reportedly sending her into depression.

Just months after The ENQUIRER revealed how friends feared that Heather was on the verge of suicide in the wake of her breakup with Mani, the "Melrose Place" beauty entered rehab for the fifth time. “When she came in, she was drunk and on pills, crying and screaming," a source at the Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center said. "She had to be helped because she was so f--cked up!”

“She’s on alcohol and benzo[s],” added Radar's spy — saying the former "Spin City" actress was “in a private house with two other people.
