Heather Locklear was rushed into rehab as California cops prepared to crack down on the troubled actress’ multiple meltdowns — but now the former “Dynasty” star is also facing a potential lawsuit over kicking a female paramedic in the chest! A local deputy was also assaulted as the troubled actress was subdued after a suicidal rant at her Ventura County home on June 24. TMZ reports that the EMT called to her house has now hired an attorney to seek compensation for pain and suffering after the incident — in a case that could also put Heather in prison!

The source added that Heather's latest meltdown really started on June 15 when the fading bombshell accused her boyfriend, Chris Heisser, of cheating on her in a barrage of text messages. When Chris returned to their home, said the insider, Heather “raged” at him before “throwing things at him, and punching him in the face!”
