TMZ has reported that Heather was rushed to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation on June 17 after the alleged threat. A 911 call published on the site reportedly has the call from Heather's Ventura County home, where an alarmed relative says the actress is “looking for a gun to shoot herself.”

An insider told RADAR Online that Heather was in a “rage” because she was convinced that her fiancee, Chris Heisser, had been cheating on her. Heisser — whom close pals have previously blasted as "a bum" — had reportedly left the house after Heather had flipped out earlier in a restaurant. “She screamed at him and made a huge scene,” said the insider.
