Harvey Weinstein Had Plans To Fly To Europe For Rehab

Harvey Weinstein — the Oscar-winning producer caught up in sexual harassment and assault claims — had made plans to take a private jet to Europe for sexual-addiction rehab!

The movie mogul was set to leave the USA after actresses — including Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie — spoke out after decades of covering up his brutal behavior toward women. Ashley Judd spoke to the New York Times, and The New Yorker exposed disturbing audio of Weinstein harassing model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez!

Weinstein was first said to be checking himself into a U.S. center specializing in sexual addiction after the disturbing audio tape was released, along with actress Asia Argento accusing him of raping her. Insiders then reported that Harvey was heading to Europe for "treatment," but he reportedly changed his mind after learning that he wouldn't be able to have a cellphone at the overseas clinic.

The talk of the mogul's planned trip to Europe coincided with legal experts saying he could possibly face criminal charges based on some allegations. Reps for The Weinstein Company, which just fired its founder, said: “We are committed to assisting with our full energies in all criminal or other investigations of these alleged acts.”
