Harvey Weinstein — who launched a movement against Hollywood predators after being hit with decades of rape accusations — has been charged with additional sex crimes from 2006! As previously reported by The National ENQUIRER, the formerly-respected movie mogul is already facing criminal cases for forcing himself on two of his accusers. Now he’s been hit with an additional criminal count of a forcible sexual act dating back to 2006. And, promises Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, “our investigation continues!”

The identity of
the disgraced Oscar-winner's alleged victim in the new criminal case hasn't been identified. Weinstein has previously been accused of attacking a woman in 2006, however, with former production worker Mimi Haleyi going public with claims he'd forcibly performed oral sex on her at his Manhattan apartment that year.

The new charges accuse Weinstein of "contact between the defendant’s mouth and the vagina of the person known to the Grand Jury." A statement by D.A. Vance declared: "A Manhattan Grand Jury has now indicted Harvey Weinstein on
some of the most serious sexual offenses that exist under New York’s Penal Law."
