Harvey Weinstein In Handcuffs Over Sexual Assault Charges

Harvey Weinstein sulked into a Manhattan police precinct today to be formally charged with an accusation of rape — marking his first return to NYC since the disgraced movie mogul fled after being blasted as one of Hollywood's worst serial sexual abusers!

Weinstein turned himself in at 7:30 am to face charges of sexually assaulting Lucia Evans in 20014 — when the college student and aspiring actress met the Oscar-winning producer. She joined others in going public with shocking claims, saying that Weinstein “forced me to perform oral sex on him. I said, over and over, ‘I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t.’ He’s a big guy. He overpowered me.”

But cops have also sprung a second criminal case against Weinstein with an unnamed second victim — with the producer now facing two charges of a criminal sex act. As earlier covered by The National ENQUIRER, NYPD detectives had reportedly harvested enough evidence to arrest and indict Weinstein for twice raping "Boardwalk Empire" beauty Paz de la Huerta (pictured) in 2010.

Paz went public with her tale of Weinstein sexually assaulting her in her apartment, saying: “He pushed me onto the bed, and his pants were down and he lifted up my skirt. I felt afraid...It wasn’t consensual..It happened very quickly...When he was done, he said he’d be calling me."

Filipina-Italian model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez had also charged that Weinstein groped her and tried to slip his hand up her skirt. She even participated in a sting operation targeting the producer for the New York Police Department in 2015. She went to Weinstein’s hotel room and was taped asking him why he’d groped her breasts the day before.

There was later outrage that Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. didn't pursue the case, saying that there wasn't enough evidence to file charges. But now Weinstein's luck has apparently run out, and that’s thrown terror into the hearts of Hollywood’s powerful predators!
