Cosby is once again trying to beat the rap on charges of drugging and raping Andrea Constand in 2004. The first trial ended in a hung jury, with only one of Cosby's multiple accusers allowed to offer additional allegations. This time, five women are testifying in addition to Andrea — including the former judge from "America's Next Top Model."

Janice took the stand to recall her allegations from 1982, when she says Cosby drugged and raped her in Lake Tahoe, Calif. She also told the court how she felt betrayed by the once-beloved comic. "Here's a married man," she said. "Father of five kids, on top of me. I was thinking how wrong it was. How very wrong it was."

Janice added that Cosby had flown her to the resort town to talk about her career. She was 27 years old at the time, and looking to break into acting and performing. Other women who've testified in the trial have had similar stories, along with other Cosby accusers. Janice testified: "I didn't fly to Tahoe to have sex with Mr. Cosby."

Instead, said Janice, she was given a "blue pill" by the comic while in his hotel room — which left her "rendered motionless" as Cosby took Polaroid photographs of her. "Shortly after I took the pictures and he finished the conversation," she testified, "he got on top of me. His robe opened up, and he smelled like cigars and espresso and his body odor."

When she regained consciousness the next morning, Janice said, there was semen between her legs — but Cosby denied that any sexual acts had taken place. "I wanted to hit him," Janice said. "I wanted to punch him in the face."

The veteran model was challenged by Cosby's defense attorneys on details about her account — with Janice saying the story that she told in her 2002 autobiography had left out specifics at the advice of her attorneys. She also said that the publisher had been pressured by Cosby's legal team at the time.

Cosby attorney Tom Mesereau earlier suggested that his client has been targeted by women seeking a financial windfall promised to them by lawyer Gloria Allred. Andrew Wyatt, the spokesman for Cosby, also blasted the alleged victims who came forward. "These women," he said mockingly, "proved that they were here to back up their sister. They got their sister's back."
