Bill Cosby confessed to drugging young women before sexually abusing them — and now his lawyers are fighting to cover up the testimony! The disgraced comic's attorneys are representing the once-beloved star in a Pennsylvania trial over charges that Cosby sexually assaulted Andrea Constand in 2004. But he also already settled with Andrea in a civil suit filed over the case, which included shockingly sick confessions. Cosby's attorneys are now saying that testimony should be kept out of the criminal court case!

Cosby's lawyers have been battling the bad publicity over their client after a multiple alleged victims came forward to claim that he drugged and sexually assaulted them. The new motion filed by attorneys asks that the jury is kept from hearing Cosby's earlier confessions about drugging women and paying them off to stay quiet. "The testimony about quaaludes and the alleged provision of money or educational funds is quintessentially the kind of evidence that causes 'unfair prejudice,'" said Cosby's attorneys.

In a deposition given during the civil suit filed by Andrea, Cosby confessed to disgusting drug-and-sex antics with teen girls. “When you got the Quaaludes," asked Andrea's lawyer at the time, "Was it in your mind that you were going to use these Quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?” — and Cosby replied, "Yes!" That included Cosby admitting in his testimony that he had drugged 19-year-old Therese Serignese, and then had sex with her after his show at the Las Vegas Hilton in 1976.

Cosby, who faces up to 10 years behind bars if convicted of aggravated indecent assault, continues to claim that the sex with Andrea was consensual. Meanwhile, a legal expert agrees that the defense has to move fast to keep jurors from hearing the bombshell earlier testimony — telling The National ENQUIRER: “If the judge lets this stuff surface in the [Pennsylvania] trial, Cosby is in big trouble!”
