“Janice has been told by the prosecutor to be ready to go,” a top source told The National ENQUIRER, “and could even be the first witness to testify at Bill Cosby’s trial. [District Attorney] Kevin Steele is taking a much different tactic for this trial, and is going to lay the foundation that Cosby has been a predator for decades.”

Janice will testify of being drugged and attacked by Cosby at Lake Tahoe in 1982, when the superstar model was allegedly lured into Cosby's hotel room with promises to help her career. "The next morning," Janet has said, "I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember...that I had been sexually assaulted by this man.”

Cosby was able to beat the rap in 2017 with a hung jury after being charged with drugging and raping Andrea Constand in 2004. In that case, Judge Steven O'Neill only allowed Kelly Johnson to testify as a sole representative of the disgraced comic's long list of accusers. This time, prosecutors are allowed to have five other alleged victims on the stand.

“Steele flew to Los Angeles last month to prepare Janice for her testimony,” added the insider, “and she is ready to go. She has been waiting for this day to stare down the man she says raped her. If Janice isn’t the first witness called, expect her to be in the list of top five, if nothing changes with the prosecutor’s strategy.”

“She is prepared to stay in Pennsylvania for the week,” said the source — with prosecutors also planning to call former alleged victims Janice Baker Kinney, Heidi Thomas, Chelan Lasha, and Lise-Lotte Lublin. Cosby has continued to plead not guilty to the three counts of aggravated indecent assault.
