The
usually outspoken model's bombshell admission comes in her new memoir,
Perfect Is Boring — as Tyra writes: “I had bones in my nose that were growing and itching. I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! Fake hair, and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth.”

But experts had already figured out Tyra's work. Plastic surgeon Stephen Grifka — who hadn't treated Tyra — told STAR magazine in 2007: "She originally had a broader nose, and now it appears to be significantly narrower and thinner...It's possible that a nasal implant, which can be made out of the person's own cartilage or from a synthetic, rubbery material, was placed inside the nose to give it a taller, thinner bridge."

Tyra, however, tried to keep her changes a secret — although the
"America's Got Talent" host publicly changed her tune on plastic surgery in 2011. While being interviewed for CNN,
the brutally frank fashion icon once again claimed that she'd never had work done on her body. But, Tyra conceded, she "most definitely" would while still denying she did!
