The National ENQUIRER revealed exclusively that recently-widowed Tom (caught out here with Priscilla Presley) has been accused by Orna Kiesel of a brutal 1976 sexual assault in South Africa. Orna was 14 years old at the time of the attack, and told police that Tom had picked her and a 13-year-old friend from the crowd at his Cape Town concert. Orna provided a shockingly detailed report of how Tom forced himself on her — and involved another celebrity in the troubling case!

Orna (inset) told police that Tom was joined at the hotel by a famous model on the day of the alleged assault. Now the celebrity, requesting anonymity, has confirmed that she's spoken to police! “I was interviewed by the investigator dealing with this case about six to eight months ago,” said the star, adding: “I’m sorry I can’t shed more light on it.”

But while the anonymous woman won't share details of the police interview, her statement confirms that South African cops have reopened the investigation! Meanwhile, a former employee of Tom reveals that he was shocked by The ENQUIRER's troubling photo of his old boss posing with the underage girl on a hotel room balcony!

The insider had earlier stated that he was skeptical about Orna's accusations, saying: “When I first read about the claims, I couldn’t understand how this girl could have got in his room and been raped.” Prosecutors had declined to charge Tom after an initial investigation in 2015 — but South African police seem determined to crack the case!
