The ENQUIRER has also obtained this damning photograph of the alleged victim smiling alongside the sneering superstar — snapped on Jones’ hotel balcony the same day as the alleged assault!

The victim — identified as 55-year-old Orna Kiesel — told The ENQUIRER that her charges against the Brit icon are now the subject of an official South African investigation. She told cops that Jones picked her and a 13-year-old friend out of the crowd at his Cape Town concert in March 1976, and invited the girls to come to his hotel the next day.

When they did, Orna told police the “Delilah” singer’s bodyguard separated them — and she was led up to Jones’ sixth-floor suite at the renowned President Hotel. She met several people, including the star’s back-up singer there, and Jones emerged from the bedroom wearing only a white bathrobe. “He offered me Dom Perignon champagne,” Orna recalled. “I didn’t know what it was at the time. It looked like soda…Then he gave me another glass and was telling me how lovely I was.”

That’s when things turned sinister. “Before I knew it…he had me down on the bed in one fell swoop!” Orna recalled. “His gown was off. I was wearing a jumpsuit. He zipped it down and what had started as affectionate and safe, almost, was ... painful and forceful, not comfortable. I was confused and couldn’t understand where the pain was coming from. It was just beyond me. I was very numb, and found that I could not move.”

“All I heard repetitively as he was pinning me down was: ‘Relax, relax – it won’t hurt if you relax,’” recalled Orna. “Those words have just stuck with me over the years. In my mind, I was completely confused about how to process this. Was it a good thing or bad thing? It affected my life thereafter.”

Ashamed, Orna kept her story secret for nearly 40 years. She finally emailed her allegations to Scotland Yard in 2013 — only to be told that it was out of their jurisdiction because the alleged assault occurred in South Africa. Her claims were eventually passed on to the South African Police Service, and a new investigation was launched there in April. A South African police spokesman said: “This office can confirm an investigation has been conducted regarding a rape case reported during 2014. It is still under investigation.”
