Hey, the gang’s all here! The Tanner gang from “Full House,” that is! Well, almost. Actually, only if you don’t count Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, the fashionistas who shared the role of Michelle and are not returning. So most of the extended family returns in “Fuller House,” a 13-episode sequel/reboot series that held a red carpet premiere in Los Angeles last night. Set 20 years after the end of the original series and available on Netflix beginning Feb. 26, fans can expect the reboot to offer the usual mix of laughs, love and life lessons.
