Natalie Wood died on Nov. 29, 1981 — according to the report hastily filed by Los Angeles coroner Dr. Thomas T. Noguchi — due to accidental drowning. Now that former coroner, whose ruling appeared to clear Robert Wagner of suspicion in Natalie’s death has made an amazing declaration: he now concedes he was wrong! Dr. Noguchi (left), snapped here by The National ENQUIRER, has told investigators he “agrees” that Natalie’s was more than an accidental drowning. The remark contradicts his official statement made two days after the actress’s death off California’s Catalina Island, a declaration some say allowed Wagner to cheat justice! But as The ENQUIRER reported, the case was reopened in 2011 — and a supplemental coroner’s report amended Noguchi’s ruling to “drowning and other undetermined factors” the following year.
