Kate Middleton stepped out to visit the Ronald McDonald House in London, and was free of the adhesive bandages that had become a common sight on her hands! The National ENQUIRER had earlier published shocking photos of the scary-skinny royal with her hands covered in the bandages, as Dr. Stuart Fisher explained: "It's very common for women who suffer from bulimia to have cuts on their fingers and hands because they're inducing vomiting, they are putting their fingers down their throat and will bite down on their fingers and knuckles." But now Kate's bandage-free — shortly after The ENQUIRER's bombshell exclusive that she's gone into therapy for her eating disorder!

“She was in denial, insisting she wasn’t forcing herself to throw up,” said a royal insider, “and refused to even discuss the issue.” Prince William was terrified for Kate’s health — especially since his beloved mother, the late Princess Diana, secretly battled an eating disorder during her marriage to Prince Charles. As reported in The ENQUIRER, Kate was finally inspired to seek help when the bandages caught the eye of 3-year-old Prince George!

After a knock-down, drag-out fight with William, said an insider, an innocent question from Kate's son changed everything: “George wandered into the kitchen and caught Kate in tears. ‘What’s wrong, Mommy?’ he asked. ‘You got a boo-boo?’” Said the source: “Kate realized right there she couldn’t go on the way she was!” (Kate is seen here sporting a bandage while out with Princess Charlotte in Dec. 2016.)

“This is a total turnaround for Kate,” a member of their royal court told The ENQUIRER — adding: “William sees jarring similarities between his mom and his wife. Both struggled to cope with life in the fish bowl that is the royal family.” But a veteran royal watcher cautioned: "The media in England likes to cover for Kate, but even they couldn't stop the gossip about the recurring bandages. Now they're gone — but we still have to see if Kate starts looking healthier!"
