Jamie Foxx & Katie Holmes Reveal Their Romance

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are officially a celebrity couple — confirming The National ENQUIRER scoop on their secret romance right on schedule, as her divorce deal with Tom Cruise comes to an end!

As originally revealed by The ENQUIRER, Jamie and Katie have been intimately involved since 2013 — but the former "Dawson's Creek" star had signed an agreement that she wouldn't publicly date for five years after her split from her famously controlling ex-husband!

The ENQUIRER first caught Jamie and Katie together in Oct. 2013 — and then reported in Feb. 2014 that Tom was feeling "hurt and deceived" after Katie began to get serious about his former "Collateral" costar. By April 2014, insiders were telling The ENQUIRER about how Katie had Jamie ready to settle down — but he couldn't proclaim his love in public!

In Sept. of 2016, an insider confirmed that Katie was keeping quiet to protect her divorce settlement from Tom! “She’s allowed to date," said an insider, "but she cannot do so in a public fashion...Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself!”

But in the summer of 2016, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Claudia Jordan confirmed the couple was “really happy” — and The ENQUIRER caught the two together that August at a Barbra Streisand concert in NYC. As recently as May 2017, the complicated couple were still sneaking around in Paris while Tom filmed his new "Mission: Impossible" movie there!

Katie and Jamie finally went public over the Labor Day weekend, though — proudly holding hands while strolling along the beach in Malibu. Now there's a lot of romance for the couple to be catching up on, including talk of marriage, and even a new sibling for Katie's daughter Suri!
