Katie Holmes & Jamie Foxx Plan Trial Marriage

Katie Holmes and her lover Jamie Foxx are finally going public with their hush-hush four-year romance and plan to move in together for a trial marriage — now that her “dating ban” imposed by ex-hubby Tom Cruise has expired!

While details of their June 29, 2012, divorce deal were kept secret, sources say vain Tom forced Katie (shown here at his side four months before announcing their split) to promise not to date publicly for five years — and the creepy agreement expired at the end of last month!

After a sizzling May love-in in Paris, sweethearts Katie and Jamie reportedly had their final secret hookup at a Century City, Calif., hotel the last weekend of June. “They’ve been waiting what seems like forever for their freedom — and now that it’s come, they celebrated in style,” a source spills.

“Katie is tired of hiding. She’s ready to let her hair down and go public with Jamie. At this rate, no one would be surprised if they end up tying the knot.” But next on their plate is a trial marriage, says a snitch.

“Katie asked Jamie to move in with her and he said he’d love that!” the source reveals. “Up until now, it’s been hotels and secret getaways.” Despite the dating ban, Katie, mom of the "The Mummy" hunk’s daughter Suri, 11, has been secretly loving it up with Jamie since 2013.

The National ENQUIRER previously reported that Tom, who became pals with Jamie when they starred in the 2004 thriller "Collateral" and are pictured here together with Katie at a 2006 NFL game, was reportedly “livid” when he found out about the red-hot romps.

Now that the shackles are off, they’re looking forward to spending their time together very publicly — and in style! Adds the mole, “They’ve really thumbed their nose at Tom by enjoying a steamy hookup five years to the day she filed for divorce from Tom."
