Howie Mandel Vs. Briefcase Models On New ‘Deal Or No Deal’

Howie Mandel will return to helm the revival of "Deal or No Deal" in late 2018, but critics say that — given the rise of Meghan Markle and other alumni from the show's ensemble — there's no guarantee he’ll be the star!

“Let’s not forget the world’s most famous bride-to-be, Meghan Markle, got her start as a briefcase model on 'Deal or No Deal,'” an insider told The National ENQUIRER.

The former "Suits" star — who will wed Britain’s Prince Harry on May 19 — appeared in 34 episodes as one of the ladies holding sealed cases containing varying dollar amounts to tempt contestants into bartering for a better payday.

“But Markle isn’t the only briefcase girl who found fame after the show ended in 2009,” adds a media pro. “Model Chrissy Teigen (left) and "Real Housewives of Atlanta"’s Claudia Jordan were also part of the program. The women on "Deal" are not just window-dressing — they’re the stars.
