Harvey Weinstein is now facing just two sexual assault cases after multiple shocking accusations — with a Manhattan judge dismissing a third criminal case filed against the disgraced film producer. Lucia Evans had accused Weinstein of assaulting her in 2004 when she was an aspiring actress, telling The New Yorker that Weinstein “forced me to perform oral sex on him. I said, over and over, ‘I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t.’ He’s a big guy. He overpowered me.” Insiders had reported, however, that Weinstein’s attorneys had supplied the prosecution with private correspondence that contradicted Lucia’s claims. Prosecutors didn’t oppose the dismissal, but that still leaves Weinstein facing a total of five other charges in the two cases remaining in the Manhattan criminal court…
