The Oscar-winning producer was once one of Hollywood's most powerful figures. Then stars like Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie came forward with shocking claims of his sick harassment of actresses. Attorney Gloria Allred filed the lawsuit on Nov. 14 in Los Angeles County Superior Court — citing claims by her Jane Doe client that she was attacked by Weinstein when she met with him at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills in 2015, supposedly to talk about an acting role. "At some point," says the lawsuit, "he said he wanted to masturbate in front of her."

"Despite her telling Weinstein 'no,'" the documents continue, "Weinstein proceeded to grab her wrist with one hand while using the other to masturbate in front of her until completion." The shocking allegations follow another anonymous filed two weeks before by a Canadian actress — who claims Weinstei "overpowered her" at a hotel" before he "pushed her onto the bed, and took his penis out of his pants."

"Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein,” said a representative after Allred's court filing. "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances." The producer himself has been keeping a low profile ever since going to Arizona for sex-addition therapy — in the same facility where disgraced actor Kevin Spacey is now staying.
