Harvey Weinstein has been released on bail again — despite the millionaire movie mogul now facing a life sentence over a criminal case. As earlier covered by The National ENQUIRER, disgraced producer Weinstein had to go into court to face a third accusation of sexual assault. It’s the latest claim in a series of shocking revelations that turned the Oscar-winning filmmaker into the face of a movement out to end the Hollywood casting couch. But some legal experts fear that Weinstein will follow Roman Polanski in fleeing justice!

Former Manhattan District Attorney candidate Peter Gleason had already told The ENQUIRER that Weinstein should be locked up before he flees. “He has the means to become a flight risk,” said Gleason, “especially since he’s being investigated by several jurisdictions.”

In a troubling twist, Weinstein attorney Benjamin Brafman confirmed after the latest booking that his client is already making plans for new film projects. “He is reviewing scripts,” said Brafman, “and trying to pursue additional projects in the future.” The lawyer also acknowledged Weinstein might face even more criminal charges, saying: “If there’s more, we’ll deal with them as they come.”
