“When I heard the ambulance and fire truck, I knew it was for Demi," a source told The ENQUIRER. "She’s a partier. She has so many friends coming in and out of her house at all times of the day you’d think it was a club.”

Demi’s brush with death came after celebrating the birthday of one of her backup dancers at the Saddle Ranch bar in Hollywooof d. When the bar closed at 2 a.m., she moved the party to her mansion. Ten days earlier, photographers snapped this pic (left) her leaving the nightclub Warwick at 2:30 a.m.

“She looked like she was having a good time at the bar,” a witness said. “She seemed to be drinking water, but more likely it was vodka with a splash of seltzer. The party continued at Demi’s place, but she kicked a lot of people out at 4 a.m.”

According to reports, a nurse at the hospital told cops that Demi had been using meth. Immediate reports blamed heroin for the overdose, but sources close to Demi deny it. When quizzed by responding officers and medics, Demi refused to cooperate and would not confess what drugs she’d ingested.

In a tragic twist, Demi predicted her relapse in her latest song, “Sober,” which contains the lyrics: “Momma I’m so sorry. I’m not sober anymore.
And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor.”

After the incident, Demi committed to leaving Los Angeles and enrolling in rehab. “The plan is for her to leave L.A. and be taken to a secluded treatment center where she can get the help she needs,” an insider said. “Everyone just hopes this works. Demi is very lucky she made it out of this alive.”
