According to reports, a nurse at the hospital told cops that Demi had been using meth. Immediate reports blamed heroin for the overdose, but sources close to Demi deny it. When quizzed by responding officers and medics, Demi refused to cooperate and would not confess what drugs she’d ingested.

In a tragic twist, Demi predicted her relapse in her latest song, “Sober,” which contains the lyrics: “Momma I’m so sorry. I’m not sober anymore.

After the incident, Demi committed to leaving Los Angeles and enrolling in rehab. “The plan is for her to leave L.A. and be taken to a secluded treatment center where she can get the help she needs,” an insider said. “Everyone just hopes this works. Demi is very lucky she made it out of this alive.”
