The National ENQUIRER, on newsstands now, has a heartbroken insider reporting that “Demi relapsed about two months ago, because she stopped the accountability portion of her recovery.” And the day after the bombshell report hit the newsstands, Demi herself released "Sober" — where she sings: "Mama, I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore!"
