Cher On Broadway — Why It Takes Three Actresses To Play The Starring Role

Cher has confirmed that her life story is becoming a Broadway musical in Fall 2018 — with The National ENQUIRER's own Rob Shuter getting the scoop on her plan to be played by three actresses!

Rob exposed the top-secret project in Sept. 2016, as an insider with "The Cher Show" said the hunt was on for “three perfect actresses who will play her at three different points in her life.” Rob also revealed that Cher is personally auditioning the actresses who'll step into her fishnets before she dies!

“Cher sees this as her legacy. It might be the last major project she works on, and she wants to get it right,” a source told Rob. “She's 70 — she’s not going to make more movies or go on tour again. This show is a way to keep her alive forever!”

The ailing Oscar winner finally confirmed Rob's scoop via social media on June 7, 2017 — officially announcing: "Just got off phone w/Writer and Director of musical. There will [be a] performance in theatre with actors, dancers, singers!! It'll be on Broadway 2018."
