Cher’s Frozen Face — As She Plans Her Final Shows

Cher stepped out for a Hillary Clinton fundraiser in the final days of the 2016 presidential election — giving fans in New York City a look at her unnaturally young. The legendary diva has never hid her love for plastic surgery, and she seems to be sporting a new look while preparing her retirement!

As reported by The National ENQUIRER, the ailing Cher shocked her doctors by insisting on doing a final series of concerts after having to cancel her 2014 world tour. "It really takes the life out of you," she admitted — but now she's prepared to go out with a bang with a series of Las Vegas shows in 2017!

The former sex symbol (seen here in May 2016) says that turning 70 years old inspired her to call quits on her fabulous career. The "Moonstruck" Oscar-winner said she’s hanging up her vocal cords after her series of residencies ends in May 2017. “I didn’t want to be finished,” she sighed. “I didn’t want to be through with singing, and I knew this would probably be the last time.”

Cher revealed that she decided to take on the gig before growing older robbed her of her mobility and voice. “The older you are, the harder it is,” she explained. “My voice is still really good. I’m still … active, running around. I can still fit in my costumes. So I thought that this is probably — it’s now or never!”

Cher’s career spans back to 1962, when she dropped out of school at 16 and began dancing in clubs. She hooked up with — and wed — Sonny Bono, before divorcing and going on to plenty of men and wild romances. But now, the former Goddess of Pop sadly lamented: “I look in the mirror and I see this old lady looking back at me, and I have no idea how she got there.”
