Monster mom Casey Anthony confessed to killing daughter Caylee — and then used her sexual wiles on the lawyer who helped her beat the murder rap! Those are the explosive charges leveled by her own private eye, Dominic Casey, in a shocking sworn affidavit that shatters the “not guilty” verdict returned by a Florida jury after a scandal-scarred 2011 murder trial.

In his affidavit obtained exclusively by The National ENQUIRER, Dominic also testifies there’s “no doubt in my mind that Casey maliciously murdered her daughter. This I firmly believe.” But cunning Casey was acquitted after her defense team — led by Jose Baez (pictured with his client) — insisted that her 2-year-old drowned in the family’s pool, and the tot’s body was hidden by granddad George Anthony!

Casey, now 30, was so frantic to avoid life in prison that she’d say — and do — anything, the top investigator claimed. Destitute defendant Casey (seen here four days after her child was found missing) had licensed her “life rights” to Baez to cover his legal fees, according to Dominic, who claims the attorney insists Casey “confessed” to the killing! “Baez … told me Casey murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere,” Dominic said in his explosive affidavit.

To throw investigators off her trail, Dominic claimed that Casey tried to get him to implicate a utility company worker who discovered little Caylee’s body — and even tried to frame her own mother, Cindy Anthony! “I told her vehemently then, I would not do that because we both knew that they … had nothing to do with Caylee’s disappearance,” Dominic said in the affidavit.

Adorable child Caylee had vanished in June 2008. But it wasn’t until July 15 that Cindy reported Caylee had been missing for a month! In one of three separate 911 calls, Cindy said her daughter’s Pontiac Sunfire “smelled like there’s been a dead body in the damn car.”

Casey was arrested the next day on a charge of child neglect. The twisted party girl claimed that she’d left her daughter with a sitter before heading out to hunt for a good time. When she returned to the babysitter’s place, Casey said that neither Caylee nor the woman was there.

On Oct. 14, 2008, the evil mother was indicted on first-degree murder charges by a Florida grand jury. On Dec. 11, Caylee’s body was found less than half a mile from the Anthonys’ Orlando home. Dominic said he began working for Baez and Casey in July 2008. In his sworn affidavit, taken for a bankruptcy case related to Caylee’s death, Dominic claimed Baez told him on July 26, 2008, “Casey murdered Caylee, and he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did.”

But Casey also had other diabolical plans for her defense, Dominic said. She wanted ideas on how to pin blame on someone else, and then claimed her mom “left the ladder up against the pool,” leading to Caylee’s drowning, Dominic revealed. After Caylee’s remains were found, Dominic says Baez switched gears and launched a campaign to implicate HIM in the disposal of Caylee’s body!

As part of that campaign, Baez publicly announced he found Dominic’s activities in November 2008 to be “beyond suspicious,” Dominic testified. But “Baez had already told me … Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere,” the detective said in his affidavit!

Amid all the turmoil, Dominic discovered Baez had licensed Casey’s “life rights,” including a file of photographs and videos, and other items that he could sell to cover his fees. Dominic also revealed he found Casey naked in Baez’s office! “I arrived at Baez’s office unexpectedly one day and, once again, witnessed a naked Casey,” he said in the deposition. “This time she ran from his private office, through the conference room to the hallway.”

Dominic said Casey tried to explain the situation by saying “she had to do what Jose said, because she had no money for her defense.” Casey (caught out by The ENQUIRER as she tried to lay low after her controversial acquittal) can’t be tried again for Caylee’s murder. It’s “unlikely this new information would start another criminal case,” said Pace University law professor Bennett Gershman.

But if Baez accepted anything inappropriate from Casey in return for his legal services, he could face consequences. “There could be serious professional disciplinary action,” added the professor.
