Charlie Sheen Ex Back In Rehab After Breakdown

Brooke Mueller — the troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen — is back in rehab after her bizarre meltdown in Utah! As revealed by The National ENQUIRER, Brooke's horrified mom called cops on Nov. 16 after Brooke, 39, flipped out — just as other witnesses reported seeing rooke beating her children earlier that same day! A police report later confirmed that troopers had "located Mueller, her two children and a nanny on Interstate 15 near Nephi, Utah." Police pulled the car over for a "welfare check" that ended with Brooke being hospitalized for a psych evaluation!

Now Brooke's sister, Sydney Wolofsky, has confirmed that Charlie's ex has gone on to rehab yet again! “I do know she woke up in the hospital after detox," said Sydney, "and my mom asked her what she wanted to do at this point, and she was the one that said, ‘I want to go back into rehab, and I want to stay there for a while.'” It's the latest tragic twist to an awful year for Brooke — who was driven into rehab before after The ENQUIRER exposed Charlie's secret HIV-positive status!

The ENQUIRER uncovered text messages from Brooke where she claimed the Hollywood sex maniac had “potentially” given her HIV — as she prepared to go into rehab in Jan. 2016. “I couldn’t handle the HIV news,” Brooke’s panic-stricken text message said.

“Just six months ago," Brooke added in her text, "I was diagnosed with [an] eye disease and then Charlie potentially giving me HIV. I started doing heavy drugs with Charlie, staying up for days, and it made my brain misfire.”

Another source has spoken up to defend Brooke, insisting that she never hit her children — twins Max and Bob, who Charlie is reportedly supposed to support with a $55,000 monthly payment. Brooke had previously lost custody of the twins after RadarOnline.com unearthed shocking video of the beautiful blonde smoking crack cocaine in 2013.

Now her friends continue to worry about how Charlie's own fall from grace has taken a toll on Brooke. As one close pal told The ENQUIRER last year, “Charlie thought he was indestructible and took no precautions — even though he was indulging in high-risk sex practices!”
