Brooke Mueller is back in rehab — as Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife continues to deal with The National ENQUIRER’s blockbuster exclusive that her former husband is HIV Positive!
In an exclusive interview with ENQUIRER Editor-in-chief Dylan Howard, Charlie had discussed Brooke’s reaction to learning of his hidden illness.
“She was sad for me,” Charlie said, “but then realized that I’m a pretty tough customer, and she knew that I would handle it and do whatever I had to.”

Sources told The ENQUIRER, however, that Brooke has now suffered two serious relapses in the wake of The ENQUIRER’s scoop.
The insiders added that a determined Brooke has committed to a six-month stay in the treatment center.
Brooke married Charlie in 2008, and they later had twin sons, Bob and Max — who are currently being watched over by Brooke’s mother and brother, according to ENQUIRER sources.

The couple filed for divorce in November 2010.
Brooke had been arrested in 1996 on DUI charges in Palm Beach County, Fla.,
Local authorities busted her again in March 2001, with Brooke being taken into custody in Miami-Dade County for cocaine possession.
Brooke has tried to avoid the media spotlight since 2011, when she successfully completed an outpatient rehab program after being arrested for assault and alleged cocaine possession.
