Brad Pitt’s Double Life — Secrets That Wrecked His Marriage

Angelina Jolie has filed divorce papers against Brad Pitt — and her lawyers are hitting the movie star hard! Angelina is requesting full physical custody of their six kids, meaning that proud dad Brad would only have visitation rights. Brad is also getting hit with accusations of an "anger problem," plus charges that he still has a serious problem with drug and alcohol abuse. And, of course, Angelina has also been said to have caught Brad cheating on-set with "Allied" costar Marion Cotillard. Insiders aren't surprised, though — and told The National ENQUIRER that Brad's family-man image was always a lie!

In an exhaustive investigation, The ENQUIRER has uncovered all the details of the twisted double life led by the actor. “Brad has fooled everyone for years!” a source close to the hunk said. “But he’s actually a hypocrite! What he says and does behind closed doors are often two very different things!”

Brad told Esquire magazine in 2013 that he gave up drugs to concentrate on his kids: “For a long time I thought I did too much damage – drug damage. I was a bit of a drifter. A guy who felt he grew up in something of a vacuum and wanted to see things, wanted to be inspired. I followed that other thing.” But a source told The ENQUIRER that Brad’s fixation with smoking pot never quit — even as Angelina put herself through multiple surgeries in a cancer battle!

Brad would often sneak off to smoke in secluded spots on the family estate in Los Feliz, Calif., an insider said, often using his Airstream trailer as his personal drug lair: “Brad will often head there with a buddy, a few joints, some beer and a pack of cigarettes to wind down from the stresses of the day.”

His wife also caught Brad smoking pot at their temporary London home while he filmed “World War Z,” and “railed at him for setting a terrible example for their kids,” an insider said. During a break while filming “The Big Short” on April 16, Brad lit up a suspicious looking cigarette in a secluded area on set, said an onlooker. “He looked sheepish, like he didn’t want to be seen,” added the witness.

Angelina remained furious about Brad smoking, said a source: “Here she is doing all she can to stay healthy – while Brad is puffing his life away. When she saw the photos of Brad’s secret smoking session, she really read him the riot act!”

According to one pal, Brad has been “totally hooked” on marijuana for decades. During his single days, his bachelor pad was littered with the gear of a hardcore drug user. “You’d walk into his house, and there were different grades of dope and lots of bongs and smoking paraphernalia on a table,” said the source. Brad even bragged about being a "wake 'n bake" smoker, lighting a joint as soon as he woke up!

The ENQUIRER has also learned Brad is harboring an even sleazier secret: He once paid a surprise visit to a seedy Nevada brothel – and got up close and personal with two stark-naked hookers! He rolled up at the Chicken Ranch cathouse with his entourage in 2005. One prostitute shared intimate details of the steamy tryst exclusively with The ENQUIRER: “Brad smiled and laughed — and after the photographer had finished shooting he gave us a kiss. I kept thinking, ‘I’m naked with Brad Pitt in a brothel!’”

Even though Brad and Angie had finally married after years of living together, he was never able to ease her fear that he may stray. Angie “hasn’t forgotten she stole Brad away from his Jennifer Aniston,” explained one source. And while Angie has reportedly blasted Brad for cheating on the set of "Allied" (where he's pictured here with Marion Cotillard), she really flipped out over sexual antics on the set of his hit zombie movie “World War Z.”

She “flew into a jealous rage over his scenes with his sexy co-star Katia Bokor,” according to an insider, and she was reportedly livid over fiery redhead Mireille Enos being cast as Brad’s wife. Sources claimed that Brad also played it coy with other beauties on set, including production assistant Lara Marsden and French actress Julia Levy-Boeken (pictured). The insider added: “Despite the fact that Brad has assured Angie she’s got nothing to worry about, she sees red every time he works with a beautiful actress!”

An insider said: “Angie’s working her tail off while Brad runs around acting like a carefree bachelor. He’s trapped in a secret life!” But now that's come to an end — with Brad issuing the following statement after the shocking divorce announcement: “I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids.
