Scary-Skinny Angelina In London To Save Her Marriage

The National ENQUIRER caught a horrifically frail Angelina Jolie out in London with her family — as her superstar husband Brad Pitt brings them all together to save their troubled marriage. Brad has been filming the sequel to the zombie movie "World War Z," and has moved the couple's extended family to an eight-bedroom mansion in the town of Surrey!

That included Angelina and her shock-headed adopted son Maddox — who has been helping his mom shoot a movie in Cambodia. The ENQUIRER caught the actress hard at work there earlier, and looking sickly thin! "Angie is driving herself to an early grave," said one source. "She's wasting away, not eating and pushing herself beyond the limit! Her eyes are sunken in, and her bones are bulging." And these pics show that nothing has really changed!

The family has come together in the wake of a bombshell exclusive ENQUIRER report that Angelina had just fired one of her kids’ aides for crushing big-time on husband Brad! "It became obvious this nanny was flirting around him and being a little too friendly," said an insider.

Initially, Angelina was able to turn a blind eye, but the flirtation became too obvious to ignore. “That was the final straw for Angie,” dished the insider. “She confronted the nanny and a huge screaming match erupted!"

The ENQUIRER also revealed the strain that Angelina's weight loss has put on her family. “The kids see Angie’s hair loss and how sickly she looks, and it scares them to their core,” according to the source. “They’ve asked Brad if Mommy is going to die. He tells them, no, that their mother went to the doctor to fix things so she won’t die. But it’s a frightening time for them. Until Angie gets serious about her health, her kids — as well as Brad — live in fear that she’ll be dead within a few years!”

At least Angelina's husband seemed to be in a better mood, as the couple left the Electric Cinema and Portobello Road Market in London. Brad was laughing with their daughter Shiloh — who's looking a lot like her dad amidst reports from Radar Online that she now wants to be a boy! Radar reported that Brad and Angelina's other children are coping well with their sibling’s gender identity issues, as the parents work to protect their daughter from being teased.
