Bobbi Kristina Brown: New Double Murder Investigation

The death of Bobbi Kristina Brown left many unanswered questions — with new suspicions raised after her boyfriend Nick Gordon was found liable in a civil suit filed over the tragic end for Whitney Houston's daughter. Now a judge says Nick has to pay out $36 million after a court found him "legally responsible" for Bobbi Kristina's death.

The court case charged Nick with assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring Bobbi Kristina's money into his own bank accounts. The final ruling was then made as a default judgment after Nick didn't appear in court to defend himself. Now grieving father Bobby Brown is insisting that a District Attorney seek criminal charges against Gordon!

“I am pleased with the outcome of today’s court proceedings," Brown said in the statement. "I do know that Mr. Gordon will be unable to slander my daughter’s name in the future or obtain any benefits from the use of Krissy’s name. Finally, I do need for the District Attorney’s Office to step up and begin the criminal prosecution of Mr. Gordon.” As revealed by The National ENQUIRER, plenty of cops agree with Bobby — and even want a second look at Whitney Houston's death!

In a bombshell world exclusive, The ENQUIRER learned that law enforcement sources suggested that charges against Nick for Bobbi’s death could likely lead to a new investigation into her mother’s! “There are obvious similarities between the way they both were bruised and drugged in bathtubs — and Nick was nearby both times,” said the source.

What’s more, The ENQUIRER can exclusively reveal Gordon’s best friend, alleged drug dealer Max Lomas, had agreed to testify against Nick if a grand jury had initially charged Gordon with the murders. Max and his girlfriend Danyela Bradley discovered Bobbi Kristina facedown in a bathtub in her Roswell, Ga., home on Jan. 31, 2015 — after they witnessed Gordon brutalizing her in two separate attacks earlier in the evening.

Max called 911, alerting authorities. In a chillingly similar scenario, Whitney’s bruised and beaten body was found facedown in a tub at the Beverly Hills Hilton on Feb. 11, 2012! An autopsy determined the 48-year-old diva died from an “accidental drowning with cocaine as a contributing factor” — but Gordon was ALSO at the hotel that night.

The wrongful death suit filed by Bobbi Kristina's estate accused Nick of beating her and giving her the toxic cocktail that knocked her unconscious — and likely contributed to her death in hospice care at age 22 on July 26, 2015.

Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Marion “Pat” Houston, also filed a police complaint accusing Gordon of making “threatening comments” to her, and posting “photos of guns with the intention of making petitioner fearful for her personal safety” after she reduced Bobbi Kristina’s monthly allowance.

Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, also claimed Gordon schemed to “benefit from her wealth.” “He isn’t a nice person,” said a close friend of Bobbi Kristina. “He was only after Bobbi Kristina for her fortune. He even used her money to buy the boots that he gave her for last Christmas!”

Among their friends, Nick’s ongoing battering of Bobbi Kristina was common knowledge, including on her final night of consciousness. “Danyela and Max heard a series of thumps,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “At first they thought it was furniture moving, that they were making love — but it was a bad fight. Nick knocked out another of her teeth.”

Bobby Brown claimed in his autobiography that he “discovered [Bobbi Kristina] had bruises all over [her] body” when he visited her in the hospital while she was in a coma. He believed she’d been injured in an auto accident with Danyela four days earlier. But in an explosive interview, Danyela’s sister, Lidiane Guedes, disputed that.

“I have spoken to Danyela again about Bobbi Kristina not having any bruises after the accident,” Lidiane told The ENQUIRER. “She said Bobbi Kristina had no bruises visible or otherwise!" Lidiane added at the time: "If Bobby Brown wants to ask me about this, I will be more than happy to talk to him!”
