Ariel Winter: ‘Modern Family’ Star Bares Butt In Wardrobe Malfunction

Ariel Winter is 18 years old and enjoying her freedom — with the "Modern Family" star letting it all hang out while hitting the popular Nice Guy club in West Hollywood! The busy actress was done up in a hot outfit from the front. But The National ENQUIRER also caught an eyeful from the rear that definitely isn't family-friendly!

The ENQUIRER covered Ariel's traumatic adolescent on the "Modern Family" set, as her older sister (and former soap star) Shanelle Workman accused the starlet's mom of physical and emotional abuse. A judge agreed with Shanelle's claims that Ariel — already famous as brainy high-schooler Alex Dunphy on the ABC comedy — was at risk.

Ariel declared that she was officially emancipated from her mother in May 2015 — quickly followed by a June announcement that she had undergone breast-reduction surgery. As seen in these pics, though, Ariel is still proud of her curves!

The ENQUIRER's own Mike Walker revealed that Ariel might be getting some encouragement from "Modern Family" costar Sofia Vergara — who insisted to the show's producers that it was time to sex up the character of Alex!

Said a top show insider: "Sofia's idea was to have Ariel drop some weight, then make her over to be totally glamorous. She told producers, 'Wouldn't it be so exciting if Alex was sexy like me! And her mother would be so jealous that she was more like me than like her!"

Producers weren't impressed — but The ENQUIRER caught Ariel showing off a dramatic new look while filming the movie "Dog Years" with an ailing Burt Reynolds. And while Ariel looked a little worn out while leaving the club, the serious starlet's already announced that she'll be attending UCLA this year as a college student.

"You gotta have something else you can do," said Ariel — who's already had plenty of experience with real-life courtrooms. "I've always been interested in law, so I think it'll definitely be something that I'll love to do!"
