One of the temple’s monks told The ENQUIRER: “[Maddox] is a very lucky boy. I will write a blessing for him. He doesn’t speak Khmer [the Cambodian language] currently, but we will teach him and the man [praCh] will teach him. It will be very good for him to learn more about his culture.”
